  • Strategies and planning: inventory reach in time, distance, storage costs.

  • Commissioning and material flow.

Material economy

  • Determination of consumption.
  • Disposing of materials.
  • Inventory.
  • External logistics and transport.

Optimization of logistics processes

  • The principle of logistic ideality and its calculation.
